At Kedarnath Travels, we aim to provide reliable and transparent cab services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted for cancelled or modified bookings.
🔁 1. Cancellation by Customer
Full refund if the booking is cancelled at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
50% refund if the booking is cancelled within 6–12 hours of the scheduled pickup.
No refund for cancellations made less than 6 hours before the ride or in case of a no-show.
🚫 2. Cancellation by Kedarnath Travels
If we are forced to cancel a confirmed ride due to unforeseen reasons (vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability, etc.), a full refund will be processed immediately or an alternative ride will be arranged.
🔄 3. Modification of Booking
If the booking is rescheduled or modified in advance and cannot be accommodated, the standard cancellation policy will apply.
In case of fare changes due to route/time modifications, the difference must be settled accordingly.
💳 4. Mode of Refund
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Bank/UPI/Wallet).
Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Kedarnath Travels reserves the right to deny a refund in cases of false claims or abuse of the policy.
Refund policies do not cover additional expenses like tolls, parking, or waiting charges already incurred.
