By booking a ride through Kedarnath Travels, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before availing our services.

🚖 1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed via call, SMS, or WhatsApp.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop details.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any booking due to unforeseen conditions.

❌ 2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Free cancellation if made 12 hours before pickup time.

  • 50% charges apply for cancellations within 6–12 hours.

  • No refund for cancellations made within 6 hours or in case of no-show.

  • Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

💳 3. Payment Terms

  • Fare will be shared during booking confirmation.

  • Payments can be made via Cash, UPI, Online Transfer, or other accepted methods.

  • For outstation trips, a partial advance payment may be required.

👨‍✈️ 4. Drivers & Vehicles

  • All drivers are verified and professionally trained.

  • We reserve the right to assign a different vehicle or driver based on availability.

  • Specific car or driver requests are not guaranteed.

⚠️ 5. Passenger Conduct & Liability

  • Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and follow basic safety guidelines.

  • Any damage to the vehicle or misconduct during the trip will be chargeable.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, roadblocks, or weather conditions.

🧳 6. Luggage Policy

  • Please inform us in advance about extra or oversized luggage.

  • Kedarnath Travels is not responsible for any lost or damaged belongings during the trip.

  • Website users are prohibited from misusing booking forms, sharing false data, or copying content.

  • All logos, content, and media belong to Kedarnath Travels.

🛑 8. Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings in cases of:

  • Non-payment

  • Misconduct or misbehavior

  • Violation of terms
